This is useless. Crashes too much and cant ship to Canada in the app! Then whats the point of downloading it anyway?! Might as well use the web version. I wish I cud have given a zero stars rating. Fix the crash issues and add shipping to Canada as an option. Youre losing a lot of valuable customers. Then Id give it a 4 or 5 stars.

Only numeric keypad is available in zip/postal code field. Need qwerty keyboard to key in postal code for Canadian residents.

I like this app, tho I dont shop online here I always price match and shop at the actual Nordstrom store.

Love Nordstrom and would like to order online for shipping to Canada. Unfortunately I cant, because I cant create an account. This is all because of a restriction on the Zip/postal code field that limits it to only numbers on the keyboard, and postal codes have both numbers and letters. Please fix this to allow entering both numbers and letters.

I love the products and theyre cheaper which is awesome but I wish you would ship to canada... Its really inconvenient.

I agree. I like the products and apps but i live in Canada so its a big problem

When creating an account it only allows for numerical zip codes. Does not allow you to put in postal code.

I love this app however, lately it hasnt been letting my favourite stuff into my wish list. Fix this asap.

Ill never shop anywhere else

Checkout doesnt work for Canadians. As soon as you select Canada in the billing address, the shipping address portion says "US only" with required fields which make you select a state and a 5 digit zip code. So you cant actually buy anything if you dont live in the US.

Love that the app is finally optimized for 6 and 6+

As Nordstroms is opening Vancouver in mere days I tried to sign up for their app On the section that asks for zip or postal code it only allows zip codes so no good at all for Canadians app,freezes up so like the title say app is crap

Even though there is a store in Vancouver, BC they still have adapted app for shipping to Canada.

Sadly this app is useless for Canadians. Only ships to US addresses. Big miss for Nordstrom.

Canadian stores are not yet listed in the App. (For Example: Vancouver, BC)! Also can not set up billing address, etc. as the address forms only accept US addresses! Please update your App for Canada!

Cannot setup Canadian billing or shipping address. App is not useful for Canadian customers.
