Nordstrom App Reviews

Good product selections, pricing, and ratings of products within the app. However, you can only see U.S prices not Canadian prices.. Some products are not in store (such as Michael Kors watches), and it does not notify you of so you have to call in. Also, the app does not let you pay with PayPal. I love the Nordstrom store but the app needs work.

Such a convenient app to use. I love having access to everything I need without needing to sit down at my computer.

The reach by a photo feature is fun to use and very accurate. I found a pair of identical shoes from my friend just by snap a photo. It literally takes me about 10 second.

Pretty useless for Canadian shoppers. No address access to Canada. Prices likely in USD too.

I cant login because my address has a postal code and the app only allows numbers. Please fix so Canadians can use the app!

Unable to log into my account using the app. Its ok when logging in from web browser. Also cant enter Canadian postal code..?

Sort of undermines the whole retail launch in Canada doesnt it Nordstom?

What is the point of a shopping app if there is nothing to shop for?? Didnt matter what I selected nothing showed up.

There no option to change the shipping to canada and also paypal option as well like the website pls fix

Closes all the times I try to open any category! Needs fixing!

Crashes every single time, before you have a chance to do anything.

App cannot login and crashes all the time I try to go through categories. Users have no chance to choose or buy something using this app.

The app wont show pictures of goods on sale.

I love this app, but there are a couple features I wish it had. First, Id like to be able to search for items in stores near me in sizes that arent available online (as far as I know, when searching for something in a store, I have to choose a size, but if its not available online, then its not even an option to select it). Second, Id love to get a notification when/if one of my wish list items becomes available again in the size I want. All in all, though, this is a great app!
