Nordstrom App Reviews

Works 50% of the time. Same issue with my 5s and now 6s iPhone. Either get a server error or when you click on a product it says no product found. I have deleted and reinstalled over and over and need to constantly sign out and back in. The only good thing is it saves me a lot of money from spending with the ongoing issues I have. :-)

I love Nordstrom so much I Order there almost every months

Nordstrom has made it easy to navigate and place an order quickly with this app. Im so impressed!

1. Most functional, intuitive, crazy searchable, great product photos & views, sharing options, wish lists, and easy checkout. 2. Hardcore online shopping is possible due to variety AND availability of merchandise. 3. Most of Nordstroms peers have not accepted customers enjoy online shopping & have not devoted resources to their apps like Nordstrom. 4. VERY easy to check my Nordstrom Rewards now. 5. Love the TouchID sign in. 6. App continues to improve w/regular updates. 7. Two Issues Though -- A. Please include product measurements (e.g. inseams, sleeve/back length, bag height/width/depth, etc.) in all applicable Product Descriptions on the App. They are ALWAYS included via the web. B. PLEASE Change Location Settings to "When Using App". Retail is not life or death (well, to the consumer). Nordstrom does not need to push notifications to me when Im near you. I would like Location On when I shop via app (which I always do prior to going in the store) to determine what my store has in stock; however, I purposely keep it turned off bc I do not want to be geotracked. Very annoying & not very Nordstrom-esque. Thank you for a great app otherwise!

Really nice app

Absolutely love the app and the fact that it is so easy to use and navigate!

The app works perfectly and helps me identify what items are in stores near me so I can pick out items online and try them on later.

I love Nordies,and this app makes purchases,or just cruising the site a breeze,really like this app,and its FREE!

If I could buy everything I need from Nordstrom or Costco (the Nordstrom of big box stores), I would never go anywhere else.

This app is fast and easy to navigate through. The variety of clothes, jewelry, and accessories is vast.
