Best store, best app

Products look beautiful. Easy to navigate, order, check status of an order, and keep track of a wishlist. Nordstrom continues to set the standard for retail.

Cant log in

I downloaded this app a few weeks ago, 11/28, and even with the new update I still cant log into this app; however, I can log into chrome or safari with the same username and password, and it works without any problems. By the way, reach out to them via Twitter @nordstrom to let them know theres an issue with the app. I sent them a message about it and hopefully they are still looking into it. For now, Im going to uninstall and use the browser.

Favorite Shopping App and a Great Store

I find this app to be an intuitive, almost flawless way to browse and purchase. And, of course, Nordstroms selection and service are the best. Ive purchased many times using it and I recommend.

Keeps crashing

It hasnt been working a month now and this is the worst thing for it to be down. Fix it please!

Im about to delete it

I loved this app! I used to open it 5 times a week. Now it doesnt let me use the app whenever Im not in the USA. Mind you, I travel a lot in different countries for work and I continued to shop at Nordstrom even when Im not in the US but I think the app is useless now that it wont let me open it overseas.

Freezes constantly

App is slow to refresh and freezes constantly. Nordstrom - you are making plenty of money, invest in a better IT strategy.

Used to love

I used to love this app. I dont know what happened, but for the past few weeks, its been logging me out & not accepting my password (which has never changed) & it deletes all my saved credit card & not balance information. Was working great for a year, please fix this Nordstrom!

My favorite store

I love Nordstrom, ever since coming across it in Seattle 20 years ago. By far, one of the best retail stores in the nation. Excellent brands, great sales and exemplary customer service. The app is terrific as well!

Basically worthless now

I have loved this app and used it constantly! But it now will not allow me to sign into my account. Other users seem to have the same problem - I am using the correct login credentials. Frustrating and I wish theyd fix it!

No longer works

I used to absolutely love this app. Used it frequently for shopping but over a month ago it just stopped working. I tried deleting the app and downloading again. Nope. Downs seem to work. Annoying since I thought it was very friendly when it worked.

After update

I couldnt use the app. It always says "it looks like theres a problem with your internet connection which is not true since I tried using wifi and lte data. Tried closing the app and running again,still same message pop out. Please fix this. I used to be working just fine until the last two updates. :|

Nordies obsessed

Absolutely loved The app, but over the last week I cannot seem to open up the app. Every time I try to delete it and reload it it still says Internet connection lost. Nordstrom you need to fix this

App shopping is great

I always find something I am looking for and the suggestions for other items are good. Fast delivery every time.

App update does work!!!!!

I love using the Nordstrom app when I shop because its easy and quick to check out with the Touch feature on my iPhone. The latest update doesnt allow me to access my account though and gives an error Unable to sign-in after every attempt. Im not sure what bug is causing the issue but I hope its fixed fast! I can only access my account and saved shopping bag from my laptop :(

Love the app

Nordstrom is my favorite department store, and the app makes online shopping easy. I love the "wishlist" feature, that I can see all previous orders (and track them), and that the app is user friendly. Scrolling is also smoother on here than the Macys app, Ive noticed. My only complaint is with the company, not the app-need more range in sizes. Many womens items come in size large maximum, and often this is equal to an 8-10 in certain brands. More sizing options would be nice.

App is easy to use and you can easily make a wish list to buy items later.The only advise id give about the wish list though is to keep in mind certain items are going to be desired and its a chance they might sell out if not purchased before long.Easy to use app overall.
